THERAPEUTIC LIFE STORY

Therapeutic life story work available to be undertaken with young people on a 1:1 basis. Informed by Richard Rose's approach to life story work. Includes a free initial meet up with young people to establish whether they feel their allocated worker is a good fit for them.

WELLBEING WORKSHOPS

A range of wellbeing workshops are available for teams and groups, including mindfulness sessions, creative reflections and managing the nervous system.

Bespoke packages can be discussed for specific team needs.
